Crossfit Galveston offers it’s members a variety of class options for every level of fitness.
Classic Crossfit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.
G-fit Bootcamp and Project Fit offer classes without heavy or Olympic styled lifting, but they offer a fast paced, structured workout designed to build stamina, endurance, strength and weight loss. CrossFit Endurance is an endurance sports training program geared towards improving performance, fitness, and endurance sports potential.
All classes are coached by highly trained athletic professionals.
